1. Using Our Service
By placing an order with Alpha Slice Pizzeria, you confirm you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and agree to these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy. Misuse, fraudulent orders, or abusive behavior may lead to account restriction or order refusal.
- Service availability depends on your delivery location and time.
- Menu items may vary by outlet and season.
- We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on this page.
2. Orders & Payment
All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. You will see available payment methods at checkout such as UPI, cards, net banking, and cash on delivery (where offered). An order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation screen or message.
- Invoices are sent via email/SMS upon successful payment or dispatch.
- Discounts or coupons are subject to validity and may not combine unless specified.
- For card/UPI payments, your issuing bank’s authentication rules apply.
3. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to traffic, weather, or surge demand. We prioritize food safety and quality during transit, using insulated carriers and sealed containers.
- Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate for smooth delivery.
- Contactless delivery is available on request at checkout.
- If you are unreachable for 10 minutes at the doorstep, the order may be marked delivered.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations are accepted before baking begins. If food quality is compromised or items are missing, reach us within 24 hours with your order ID for a fair resolution—refund, replacement, or credit, as appropriate.
- Prepaid orders cancelled after baking starts may not be refundable.
- Refunds (if approved) are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For third‑party marketplace orders, their refund timelines may apply.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, third‑party failures, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
